Christmas

I was watching

my mum put the Christmas

lights on our full thick tree,  while I was

eating my dinner. and help my mum. You are

soo tall said my mum I need you to put the angel on

     top of the tree. While I was standing on the couch putting the

angel on top of the tree it began to wobble.I got really scared. I thought

      the tree was going to fall down on me. I successfully managed to put the angel

  on top of the  tree and escape without it falling on me. My mum saidWOW you did it. And when I did it my brother came around the tree andknocked some of the decorations off the Christmas tree. I had todecorate it all over again!We sat down and watched a film on the T.V.and watched the sparkling Christmas tree   shining outside the house. While                             we were watching the film

     we saw a deer outside with

            two calves. I felt excited

because I knew Christmas

was going to come soon.

                                          center of our

                                        christmas we set

                                      it in it's stand and put

                                   on our little train that goes

                                                       around  our christmas tree. we

                                                    bring out a mamoth box of lights

                                                  and ornaments. as we put on our

                                             little trinkets mom nags us about putting 

                                       the big ones on the thicker branches. as mom 

                                       finshes up with the lights we bring out the final

                                                                                          touch

                                                                                         our star

                                                                                              that 

                                                                                            finshes

                                                                                      our christmas                                             

The Perfect Recipe

Mix in a blender,

add 3 cups of love

4 cups of caring

add 2 pounds of chocolate

a tall tree with hundreds of

beautiful ornaments

half a teaspoon of sleepiness

5 jugs of eggnog 1L of milk

add 1 turkey dinner and 9

cups of presents

3 pounds of “thank you” and “your welcome”

2 cups of bright beautiful lights

4 teaspoons of cinnamon

spread snow flakes on the top lightly

eat cold

serve on the morning of December 25.

My Tree

My

Dad brings

in the green pine

tree in. He puts it in the

right hand corner in the living

room.I get the ornaments out my

brother and I put them on the tree where

ever we want. My mom gets the lights out and

she puts them on the tree. When we finish we put all

the presents under the tree. We shake the presents till we

know what they are. When we finish shaking the presents, we water

the tree. After everything we sit down and smell the pine and that’s when

know that

Christmas

is here.

Giant Cookie Recipe

            Mix in a large bowl:

Giant cookies,the smell of Douglas fir, then add two chocolate bars, mix in a little white dog, 100 dollar bill, stir in waking up too early, a big bowlof candy canes, the juicy taste of bacon, mix in a soft little monkey, stir coal with candy inside, mix a fragile hockey stick, stir in a video game and mix a big hug then bake in a giant oven.

                                                  My Writing Class

I really like writing this term I used to think it was worst but Mr.Rennie showed me how cool it was. I really like all the project we are doing this term like the inquiry circles and the 

plot block. I like to write stories and poems with my class. I think it's realy fun. It  is my new favorite class because of Mr.Rennie.

                                   My Writing                                   

Mr Rennie has told me when to start a new paragraphs.I think since I went in to grade five my writing has got more desriptive.:DI have liked silent writing because it's a time when you can write about stuff that you did yesterday or last year.When i showed my mom my work she thaught it improved a lot.

i like typing stories it is faster than writing on paper but we still write stuff on paper. i have lerned how to put stuff on gmail and on this site. 
                                                                           

I moved to Campbell River In September. When I started school my new Teacher: 

Mr. Mike. Rennie told me that he wanted a storie from me to see how I was at writing so he knew how much attention I would need. Mr. Rennie showed me writing territorys and paragraphs, T & F, ect. The storie I picked for the first time was called "Cat's your enemy".

A story of a girl who learns about her friends problems and grows a larger friend ship.  Mr. Rennie was surprised and wanted me to word process it. Mr. Rennie gave me the confidence to proceed writing stories. Soon a new story came and was later ended. That story was called "Jean and I"  That story was about two girls going on a sledding adventure and end up getting in bad trouble. Poems were typed as well.

Such as the poems:  "I am from" and, "Upon Gladesy stream."

All in all Mr. Rennie helps me throughout writing and is constantly impressed by me. I think writing is a great opportunity for me to exspress my feelings and I like it very much.

I like to write alot of things because I learn more then i should and thats why mr.rennie and mrs.johnson are the best teacher ever because they always are teaching me lots and lots of stuff.:D:D:D8):|
