My Tree

My

Dad brings

in the green pine

tree in. He puts it in the

right hand corner in the living

room.I get the ornaments out my

brother and I put them on the tree where

ever we want. My mom gets the lights out and

she puts them on the tree. When we finish we put all

the presents under the tree. We shake the presents till we

know what they are. When we finish shaking the presents, we water

the tree. After everything we sit down and smell the pine and that’s when

know that

Christmas

is here.

Giant Cookie Recipe

            Mix in a large bowl:

Giant cookies, the smell of Douglas fir, then add two chocolate bars, mix in a little white dog, 100 dollar bill, stir in waking up too early, a big bowlof candy canes, the juicy taste of bacon, mix in a soft little monkey, stir coal with candy inside, mix a fragile hockey stick, stir in a video game and mix a big hug then bake in a giant oven.

Peace Is...

Peace Feels Like...Petting my dogs black curly hair by the fire place

My mom giving me back massages warmth of my fire place heating my body up.

Peace Smells like...A bouquet of tulips picked from the garden

lemons boiling on the stove.

cherry scent candles lit

apple pie just coming out of the oven

Peace Looks Like...

A dog and a cat cuddling together in a basket. the clouds moving high in the sky

The fresh new snow fall from the sky and make a coat of snow on the lawn

The Mountains getting hid by the white fluffy clouds.

PeaceTastes like...Liking Vanilla ice cream on a hot summer day

Cold water flowing down my body hot tea making your throat heat up

Soft warm chocolate chips come out fresh from the oven.

Peace Sounds Like...A quiet day of just relaxing

only hearing your heartbeat

The waves crashing against the rocks when your sleep in

Liyra city is a wonderful town because I see lights on the trees and lights on the buildings.

I hear laughter in the air as kids play in the silky white snow with Christmas cheer.

As some kids are in the house drinking hot chocolateas they wait for their father to come home from work as they put bulbs, candy canes and all types of silly little decorations on the Christmas tree. When the father walks in the room you feel so happy as your dad kisses you on the head. The snow falls down from the dark blue sky that night as the bright white moon shines on Liyra city. Just waiting for Santa to arrive as the the little kids are asleep safe in their little beds.

Peace

Peace is the soft mellow sound of the movie in the other class.

Peace is the first lonely snowflake slowly fluttering down and touching the hard surface of the ground.

Peace is the sound of your teacher calling out the marks on your math test and you getting an A+.

Peace is the silence of Silent Reading only the character in your mind talking.

Peace is the hum of the chair lift as you elevate to the top of the mountain.

Peace is the crash of the waves on the already wet logs.

Peace is the sound of you and your friend getting along.

Peace is the first bite of the juicy hamburger.

Peace is sound of no gun shots.

Peace is the small blue waves lapping against the rocks,

Peace is not loud thunder and crashing white waves dragging logs out into the ocean

Peace is coming last and knowing you did your best,

Peace is not throw a huge tantrum cause you didn't come first

Peace is watching the white snow quietly fall,

peace is not a big snow storm

Peace is a cat and dog getting along,

not chasing one another
