Peace is the small blue waves lapping against the rocks,
Peace is not loud thunder and crashing white waves dragging logs out into the ocean
Peace is coming last and knowing you did your best,
Peace is not throw a huge tantrum cause you didn't come first
Peace is watching the white snow quietly fall,
peace is not a big snow storm
Peace is a cat and dog getting along,
not chasing one another

Peace
Peace feels like my cat's fur rubbing on
my face or a hug from a friend.
It smells like a bouquet of flowers,
steaming hot chocolate and fresh air.
Peace looks like a new born baby, a
family getting along, like planting a
tree, watching the snow fall or
just being free.
It tastes like sourness and a hint of
sweetness or fresh warm chocolate
chip cookies that melt in your mouth.
Peace sounds like the laughter
of kids, like the light rain tapping on
your umbrella or someone saying sorry to
someone they have hurt, it even sounds
like silence.

Peace Poem
Peace feels like a hug coming from my
mom or dad in my bed with the dancing rain
drops on the window.
Peace looks like a sunny day outside
with your family watching the
flowers bloom and all the smiles
happening.
Peace tastes like the chocolate ice cream
on the tip of your tongue and the yummy
and crispy bacon dad makes in the morning.
Peace smells like the flowers outside
in the garden with all the fresh air
and the pizza for dinner with all the family
drinking their hot chocolate at night time.

Peace
Peace is dogs and cats curled up family all around fresh air and happy people
Peace is frist snow fall, vanilla ice cream, a nice cup of hot chocolate and people getting along
Peace is first flower blooming, fresh baked cookies and rain falling and lots of fun
Peace is mom and dad kissing you, a sunny day, fresh waffles and syurp and a nice calm day on the lake
Peace is a fresh water river flowing, hanging out with friends and the fresh smell of apple pie
Peace is favorite food x2, being free, everyone having a home and smiles all around

I am From the big house up the long driveway , an identical sister and a musical brother
I am from three helpings of mashed potatoes and afternoon trips for bubble teas with stevie begging for more
I am from helping hands and put downs , sharing skirts and stealing leggings
I am from bacon and syrup, laughing until my face hurts and hours of dance with more in return
But mostly i am from a big family and lots of love.
